Doulas are trained professionals who will help you prepare for your baby's arrival. They offer strategies to ease your fears, answer your questions, and provide emotional support throughout your pregnancy, birth experience, and beyond—to whenever you need it.

- Assists with changing and settling newborn, shortening mother's "up-time"
- Feeds and cares for baby through the night if baby is bottle fed
- Takes notes during the night on baby's activity
- Offers sleep suggestions, answers questions about the baby
- Makes formula, fills bottles, and washes bottles and pumping supplies as needed

When you're a new mom, there's a lot of stuff that can feel overwhelming: birth plans, breast feeding, bottle feeding, and all the other stuff that comes with caring for your little one. So Ciara decided to make it easier by offering full-service support packages just for you!
Ciara offers three different options so that you can find the care level that suits your needs. She offers postpartum doula services and will be on call to answer any questions you may have while you're adjusting to parenthood. She also provides overnight doula services to come over to your home and help you with baby care while you get some much-needed sleep. And she even offers birth doula services where she will be right there with you as you go through labor and delivery to give you the confidence boost and peace of mind you need to bring a new person into this world!
